Do you offer international postage?

Yes we do.  Please go through to check out and select your country to see full shipping prices.  We accept no responsibility for any import duty or tax arising from order placed on


I don't have a paypal account, how can I pay?

Paypal offer customers a method of paying even if you do not have a Paypal account.  Simply go through checkout and on the Paypal screen select the option 'If you do not have a Paypal account check out with Credit or Debit card' and follow the on screen instructions.


Do you accept telephone orders?

Yes we do!  Give us a call on 07413320847 and we can take payment over the phone.  If you cannot get through send us an email or message through the website and we will call you back.


Can I collect my orders from your premises?

We are an internet based business and do not have a customer friendly premises however we can arrange collection of goods at a convenient time.  Please contact us in advance before attempting collection.


Do you offer a fitting service on your parts?

Unfortunately we do not offer a fitting service on any of our parts.


Do you offer any warranty or guarentee?

We offer a 12month guarentee against any workmanship or material faults.  Please see our full terms and conditions.


Are the performance gains mentioned on a certain product guarenteed?

Unfortunately no performance gains are guarenteed on any of our products.   However the gains stated are the normal expected gains when fitting the product.


My package has not arrived yet?

We send most of our orders with Royal Mail first class.  They have a delivery aim of 1-2days however this is not guarenteed.  Royal Mail will not entertain any lost item request until 15 workings are expired.  We are unable to initiate any claims until that time has elapsed.  We send courier items through UK Mail and they will normally deliver the next day - send us a message if you have not received your item and we will track it for you.


How do I return my product?

Please get in touch first for a RA (return authorisation) number.   Returned items should be in as new condition unless they are faulty or incorrect.    Returns and refunds (except for faulty or incorrect goods) are fully refunded but return postage charges are not covered. Should the product not be in as new condition may be subject to an additional charge at the managements discretion.


How will we use information about you?

Here at Dark Ice Designs we take your privacy seriously and we will only use your personal information to administer your account and provide the products and services you have requested from us.  We will not share your information with any 3rd party unless it is directly involved with providing you with the products and services you have requested from us.

You have the right to request all your personal information that we hold or have it permanently deleted from our records.  Simply send us a request and it will be completed within 1 month.

We will never sell your data and promise to keep your details safe and secure.   Card payment details are never stored.
